SOA Human Resources and Administration Services subdivision can assist the PARTNERS by undertaking the following:

  • Establish & implement HR policies and procedures governing labor relations between the company and its personnel (HR manual).
  • In accordance with the Saudi Labor Law. All policies and procedures must be reviewed by the PARTNER HR department prior to publication.
  • Assist the PARTNER Saudi Branch local management with all recruitment activities i.e., advertising, interviewing, contract processing and induction.
  • Prepare warning letters, advise on disciplinary action and record warning letters on file in accordance with Saudi Labor Law.
  • Provide staff support e.g., employment law advice and guidance, as required.
  • Ensure that the organization complies with the legal requirements of the local authorities when attending training programs for Saudi employee’s full time or during their summer holidays. Record training details to be able to produce to authorities on request.
  • Regular production of management reports as required and agreed with the PARTNER.
  • Carry out legalization of documents within the country with the Ministry Foreign Affairs.
  • Provide advice and support on an ad hoc basis, as required
